The start robot software is available free from http://countdown.itsdamp.com.
The following files contain instructions for competitors for a Summer Series Event - download and adapt for your event. Note that the file contains at least one date, so even if you are using it for a Summer Series event, it will require an update.

Expenses
The Club will pay petrol costs and accommodation (max $100) for course setters, organisers & controllers at major events. The Club will also pay map production costs.
